Documents and Details

Within 48 hours, I will send you a budget estimate for your trip, a timeline of the stages in our collaboration, the terms and conditions (T&Cs), and a quote outlining the conditions for us to work together. Sending these documents is free as a thank you for the trust and time you’ve already given me.

Make Your Choice

You have one week to decide whether we will work together or not. After this period, the budget estimate and the quote may be subject to changes. Don’t worry, if you need more time to think, just let me know!

Define Your Itinerary

I will provide you with several route suggestions to help shape your journey, which will be unique and fully customized according to your desires and preferences. You will always have the final say.

Trip Preparation

Once the itinerary is finalized, I will inform you and assist you with the necessary administrative formalities. Additionally, I will guide you so that you can independently and securely book all the services you wish to include in your trip (transportation, accommodations, activities, insurance, etc.).

Travel guidebook

At least one week before your departure, you will receive your personalized travel guidebook, which will provide all the practical and essential information about each step of your journey. It's a true roadmap, customized specifically for you and your trip.
